All Whites defender Winston Reid has injured his shoulder playing for English Championship side West Ham.
Reid left the field early in this morning's 0-0 draw with Bristol City.
The 23-year-old was able to walk from the field but left clutching his shoulder after taking a nasty fall.
Reid has established himself as a regular starter this season under new coach Sam Allardyce.
Following the match the All White tweeted: "Signs are good hoping for a speedy recovery!"
