Northern Districts have claimed first innings points early on day two of their fourth round Plunket Shield match against Canterbury in Hamilton.
The competition leaders have rolled Canterbury for 151 after set had only managed a paltry 169 batting first.
Former Black Caps bowler Brent Arnel led the way for Northern with a five wicket bag.
Northern are 8-0 in their second innings, an overall lead of 26 runs.
At Colin Maiden Park, Auckland's 57-2 in their first innings in reply to Central Districts' 367.
Kieran Noema-Barnett top scored for Central with 107.
And at the Basin Reserve, Otago's reeling at 94 for five after dismissing Wellington for 312.
Andy McKay has taken two of the five wickets to fall.
