Wanaka freeskier Jossi Wells performs during the Freeze Festival at London's Battersea Power Station at the weekend.
The three-day FIS-sanctioned event featured some of the world's best snowboarders and freestyle skiers, competing on a 32m-high board covered in more than 500 tonnes of snow.
Wells won the ski title, taking 96 points in his final jump with a trick known as a switch dub cork 10.
‘‘This was my first time skiing in London and my first city big air win,'' Wells told ESPN.
‘‘I am so happy how things have turned out.''
